Led by director Cindy Mason, Ultimate 1 Air Conditioning Pty Ltd combines the direct involvement of a family business with experienced service technicians, project management, electrical capability and specialist support.
We stay involved from the first inspection through delivery, maintenance and ongoing technical support. Clear communication and knowledge of each building help keep that support consistent.
Built on service and maintenance.
Scheduled preventative maintenance, breakdown response and ongoing service have been central to the business from the beginning. Our capability has grown to include mechanical installations, HVAC upgrades, plant replacement, controls work and commercial projects.
We aim to understand the building, coordinate the work carefully and remain involved after installation. Clients deal with people who know the history of the work and take responsibility for the outcome.
